文档介绍:内容摘要生命是一种意志的存在,这种存在不应该是疲倦、痛苦的,而应该是快乐、幸福的!笔者二十多年一直工作在教育教学第一线,对中小学教师工作的酸甜苦辣深有体会,深知教师工作的辛苦、生活的单调,曾痛苦过,彷徨过,也感受到教育事业的伟大和教师职业的崇高,慢慢变得“累并快乐着",逐渐体验出职业的幸福!本文尝试着从鄂西北地区中小学教师工作、生活现状进行问卷调查的基础上,了解中小学教师对教书育人工作的体验,对职业幸福的真实感受,通过调查研究,针对教师不幸福的原因,试图从中小学教师职业幸福感及其提升方面作点探索,提出一些有实际价值的策略,希望能对工作在基层的教育工作者提供些借鉴。文章从四个部分阐述: 第一部分:中小学教师职业幸福感的意义。从广大教师的身心健康,教师生存状态的需要,教师专业发展的动力,教师做好工作、成就事业的前提及对教育事业的影响几方面寻找教师职业幸福感的意义。第二部分:教师职业幸福感的基本内涵。从体验培养人才的幸福,体验被学生尊重和爱戴,体验教育教学探索等方面阐述幸福感的基本内涵。第三部分:中小学教师职业幸福感的现状调查。通过对鄂西北地区的十几所学校的几百名教师的问卷调查和几十位教师的个别访谈,分析影响教师幸福的原因。第四部分:如何提升教师职业幸福感。针对教师不幸福的原因,提出了问题的解决策略,主要是教师本人如何提升幸福指数。关键词:幸福教师教育教学 Abstract Lifeistheexistance form ofpeople’S is not tired orbitter,but happy and enjoyable. Since Ihave been devoted to teaching for over twenty years,I have deeply experienced thehardship ofteachers’work and known what teachers have inmind in their daily one time Ifeltpainful and even confused but meanwhile,more deeply'I have grasped thegreatness ofthe course ofeducation and thenobleness of the teachers’ by little,I sensed delighted aswell ashard inmy work and I prehended thehappiness oftheteachers’ on the survey ofthelifeand work oftheprimary and middle school teachers inthenorthwest of Hubei Province,I try tograsp theirrealunderstanding oftheteachers’ researching into it,Iattampt toexplore the approaches to the happiness of teachers’ occupation as well as itspromotion,in the hope of bring forward some practical strategies toeducating supervisers.
