文档介绍:扬州大学本科生毕业设计摘要江苏省白水荡原属排涝泵站装机容量小,排涝能力低,远不能满足整个排区的需要。本泵站的兴建能确保该地区的排涝灌溉要求,有力地促进该地区工农业生产及经济发展。本泵站采用 2 台套 900ZLB-85 型轴流泵,泵站设计排涝流量为 m 3/s ,正向进水,正向出水,具有抽排功能。本设计可概括为四个部分, 第一部分:机组选型;第二部分:整体布置;第三部分:稳定计算;第四部分: 结构计算。泵站系由站身段、上游连接段及下游连接段等三部分组成。站身段包括底板、闸墩、泵房、进水池、工作桥等;上游连接段包括前池、上游翼墙及上游护坡等三部分组成;下游连接段包括出水池、下游翼墙及下游护坡等三部分组成。本泵站的泵型为立式轴流泵,泵房形式采用墩墙式湿室型泵房,泵站场地土类别为Ⅲ类,不能满足稳定要求和地基力要求,本泵站采用钻孔灌注桩来解决此问题。在工程上部结构施工中和投入使用后应进行地基沉降观测。关键词:泵站立式轴流泵设计流量排涝墩墙式湿室型扬州大学本科生毕业设计 Abstract Baishuidang Drainage Pumping Station Procince had installed small capacity of pump units in jurong of Jiangsu , the drainage capacity of the pumping station was far from being able to meet the drainage needs of the whole district. The construction of this pumping station in the region can ensure the drainage and irrigation requirements of this area, and effectively promote industrial and agricultural production in the pumping station is made upof two sets of 900ZLB-85-axial pump, the flow of drainage pumping stations designed for m 3 /s, getting flooded and leaving flooded straightly,having the function pumping draining. The design can be summed up in four parts, Part I: crew choice patterns; Part II: overall layout; Part Ⅲ: stability calculation; Part Ⅵ: structure calculation. Pumping station consists of ponents:the pump room, upstream and downstream connected parts etc. Pump room posed by the lock bed, lock column, pumping stations, getting flooded pool, operating bridge; Upstream links includes ponents: former pool ,upstream wing walls and upstream shore protection. Downstream links includes ponents: out flooded pool, downstream wing walls,and downstream shore protection. The pumping station installs vertical axial pump and the type of pump room is wet-pit pump house with baffled wall. The type of the pumping station venue territories isⅢ. The foundation can not meet the stability requirements and bearing capacity requirements. The pumping station uses drilling piles to slove the problem. During the constru
