报警器盒盖的注射模设计
摘要:本文是关于报警器盒盖模具的设计,在正确分析塑件工艺特点和ABS材料的性能后,采用了直接浇口形式进行浇注。详细介绍了对凸模,凹模,浇注系统,脱模机构,选择标准零件,设计非标件的设计过程。涉及模具结构、强度、寿命计算及熔融塑料在模具中流动预测等复杂的工程运算问题。本课题主要运用 Pro/ENGINEER CAD2008来完成整个设计工作,在整个过程中综合运用了专业基础、专业课知识设计,其核心知识是塑料成型模具、材料成型技术基础、机械设计、塑料成型工艺、计算机辅助设计、模具CAD等。

The design of alarm shell injection mold
Abstract: this paper is about the design of alarm shell injection mold, in the correct analysis of plastics technology characteristics and ABS material performance, using drop gate form to pouring. It is about concave die, gating system, mold emptier, choose standard parts, the process of design non-standard parts. This paper is about the mould structure, strength, life calculation and molten plastic in the mold of prediction on the plicated putation problem. This subject mainly use Pro/e and module and Auto CAD2008 plete the whole design work, in the whole process of prehensive use of professional basis, professional class design knowledge, its core knowledge is the plastic molding mould, material molding technology base, mechanical design, plastic injection molding process, computer aided design, mould CAD, etc.
