微弹簧圈治疗颈内动脉海绵窦瘘(附 15 例分析)

摘要:目的探讨应用微弹簧圈治疗颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的方法和临床效果。方法回顾性总结 1991 -
01~2002 - 03 我院收治的 12 例外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘病人的临床资料。12 例病人均采用国产钨质微弹
簧圈行血管内栓塞治疗。结果恢复良好 12 例,中残 2 例,重残 1 例,无 1 例出现栓塞术后并发症。结论
应用微弹簧圈通过血管内技术治疗颈内动脉海绵窦瘘安全、可靠、临床效果良好。

Abstract : Objective To discuss the treatment method and clinical effect on intracervical cavernous sinus fistula with mi
cro - spring ring. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of such patients treated with domestic Tungsten micro - spring
ring for embolism in vessel retrospectively from January 1994 to March 2002. Results 12 cases had recovered better , 2
cases had mild disability and 1 had severe disability without bination after operation. Conclusion This
method could reach safe , reliable and better clinical effect.
