塑件取件机械手结构及制造设计
摘要
从定义上来讲，所谓机械手，也就是模仿人类肢体，帮助人们或者替代人们执行动作的一种机械设备， 并且随着科技以及制造业的飞速发展，机械手得到了越来越多的应用，成为了制造业生产大军中不可或缺的一份子。本次设计的是针对于注塑机流水线设备而专门去设计的一种五自由度机械手，纵观近年来国从事塑件取件机械手生产的企业，数目十分稀少，且独创性弱，过分依赖仿制。而大量的产品都来自于他国进口，但是其设计思路都较为西方化，不适合中国人的操作习惯。因此我们有必要生产出中国化的塑件取件机械手。

Abstract
By definition, the so-called manipulator, that is, to imitate the human limb, to help people or replace the implementation of a mechanical action, and with the rapid development of technology and manufacturing, robot has been more and more applications, Manufacturing industry, an indispensable part of the army. This design is for injection molding machine assembly line equipment and specifically to design a manipulator of five degrees of freedom, look at the domestic plastic parts in recent years in the production of robots of the enterprise, the number is very scarce, and the originality of the weak, over-reliance on imitation. And a large number of products are imported from other countries, but its design ideas are more Western, not suitable for the Chinese people's operating habits. Therefore, we need to produce the Chinese plastic parts pick-up robot.
