根据自身英语程度，摘取4分钟以内英语听力短文，听写两遍之后，对照原文，改正错误或者没有写出来的地方，盖上原文，在进行听写，如此反复，直到全部听懂
例：voa慢速、voa常速、cnn、考试、课文听力材料等
跟读
跟读电影、动画片及其它听力材料，跟唱英文歌皆可
读课文
大声朗读书上课文（可以是学校学****的课本，也可以是新概念等书籍），注意发音一定要准确，不然可能适得其反
看电影、动画片
例如：玩具总动员系列、芭比公主系列、狮子王、歌舞青春、重回17岁、当幸福来敲门、阿甘正传、精灵鼠小弟、迪士尼出产的电影
注意要反复听，效果更好
听英文歌

听歌时可以利用上学路上、等车、排队等空余时间
答题时关注听力材料中出现的事件起止时间，发生地点，东西放置的地点，数字，目的地，交通工具，行进方向、人物的工作，态度，谈话所讨论的主题、做某事的原因、事情发展方向等易出题的信息
