传统的火炮身管设计基于静态应力分析和数值计算,,运用动态线性和非线性有限元分析软件ANSYS建立厚壁圆筒的有限元模型,并对其进行了动态强度分析,求解相应的动态强度极限;设计了借助密闭爆发装置模拟火炮身管发射的实验方案,,厚壁圆筒的动态强度极限比静态计算数值高35%左右.
Abstract:
Traditional design of gun tube is based on static stress analysis and numerical calculation. In fact, it is dynamic load that affects the gun tube. By using ANSYS, a dynamic linear and nonlinear finite element analysis software, finite element model of thickwall cylinder was established, and the dynamic strength analysis was carried out to get the related strength limits. The scheme of the experiment by which the gun launching was simulated by means of a closed bomb, was designed, and the test research about dynamic ultimate strength of thickwall cylinder was carried out. The theoretical analysis and test results show that the dynamic ultimate strength of thickwall cylinder is 35% higher than that of static statistics.
