文档介绍：摘要摘要现代农业科技是现代农业和农村经济发展的根本动力,是优化农业资源配置,实现农业现代化和农业可持续发展的必由之路,大力促进现代农业科技的发展,对提高黑龙江省农业的整体效益具有重要意义。黑龙江省农业处于由传统农业向现代农业转化的重要阶段,在农业现代化的过程中,必然会遇到各种各样的困难,目前黑龙江省现代农业科技发展主要的阻碍因素有:农业科技投入不足、农业科技自主创新能力低,技术推广力度不够、推广结构不合理、产学研连接不够紧密、相关政策不完善、农业从业人员整体素质低等。要解决这些问题必须结合黑龙江省当前的发展现状,充分利用和整合黑龙江省的农业资源,注重整体布局和宏观调控。借鉴美国、日本、以色列、印度等农业科技发达国的经验,从农业科研的研发、推广等各方面发展现代农业科技,提高我省农业综合生产力和农产品的国际竞争力。本文首先结合2012中央一号文件明确论文的选题背景、目的和意义,通过对黑龙江省现代农业科技发展现状和存在问题的分析,指出阻碍黑龙江省农业科技发展的重要问题。在借鉴国内外先进农业科技发展经验的基础上,指出黑龙江省农业科技未来的发展方向和趋势。结合黑龙江省现代农业科技发展的现状,运用AHP层次分析法,构建影响农业科技进步诸因素的评价体系,计算影响农业科技进步各因素的权重,确定各因素对农业科技进步的影响程度,结合当前黑龙江省农业科技进步贡献率,对影响农业科技进步贡献率的各因素进行综合评价。最后综合所有研究工作,针对目前黑龙江省现代农业科技发展所存在的问题,总结并提出促进黑龙江省现代农业科技发展的建议和措施。关键词:现代农业;现代农业科技;可持续发展;发展对策 Abstract The Research on theDevelopment Countermeasures of Modern Agricultural Science andTechnology in Heilongj iang Province Abstract The modem agricultural scienceand technology thebasic motive forceofthemodem agriculture and ruraleconomic development,is theonly way tooptimize theagricultural resources configuration,to realizeagricultural modernization and theagriculture sustainabledevelopment and promote thedevelopment ofmodem agricultural scienceandtechnology,which hasimportant significance inimproving theoverallefficiency ofagriculture inHeilongjiang province.
