ABSTRACT: With the increasing in power demand, complexity work structure and renewable source ration, the smart distribution grid with the self-healing ability has e the certain trend of development. The paper introduces the technical contents and points out the characteristics of the smart distribution grid. Based on the protection and control requirements, the paper proposes the scheme design of the protection and control system for the smart distribution grid. Taking the recent developments munication technology and the exisitng infrastructures in distribution grid into consideration, the paper analyzes some technical issues of protection and control and discusses its implementation in smart distribution grid.

摘要:面对配电网供电需求的增大、配电网连接复杂度的增高、以及可再生能源接入等问题,研究和发展突出自愈功能的智能配电网成为电力系统发展的必然选择和趋势。本文介绍了智能电网的技术内涵,探讨了智能配电网自身的特点及其对保护控制系统的要求。面向智能配电网保护控制的自愈能力,本文给出了保护控制系统设计方案。兼顾通信技术的发展与现有配电网的技术基础,本文分别对智能配电网保护控制体系结构、微电网的失步解列、以及无通道保护等在智能配电网内的研究与应用进行了分析。
