文档介绍：华北电力大学硕十学位论文摘要目前,随着我国经济建设的工业化、城镇化进程不断加快,电力工程建设规模也在不断扩大,并日趋复杂化,往往是多种不同类别、不同规模、不同进展的在建项目同时运作,形成了电力工程项目群的动态运作特点。这就给电力工程企业的人力资源配置带来很大困难。如何结合电力工程项目群的特点,协调运作各电力工程项目,合理进行人力资源配置,提高人力资源的运作效率,降低建设成本,提高电力工程建设质量和速度,是电力工程建设企业在工作实践中面临的一项重要课题,该课题的研究对于电力工程企业提高短期绩效和长远利益有着重要理论和实践意义。本文主要根据项目群管理理论,结合笔者的企业实践,采用理论与实证结合的方法展丌应用研究。首先,论文简要阐述了项目管理、项目群管理和人力资源管理的相关理论,结合电力工程建设展开了应用研究,提出了电力工程项目群管理的概念和特征,并分析了一般电力工程建设中的人力资源配置特点。其次, 对明源电力工程公司的项目群的运作现状进行了分析,剖析了其在项目群管理中人力资源配置过程中存在的诸多问题。最后,应用现代项目群管理的理论及方法, 针对以上问题,构建了对明源电力工程项目群建设中人力资源配置的改进方案, 提出了若干具有针对性的相关建议,如在公司全面构建项目群管理战略思想;根据项目群特点,动态调整与优化电力工程企业项目群的组织机构设置;以及加强人员培训等等。关键词:电力工程;项目群管理;人力资源配置华北电力人学硕l‘璺化论史 Abstract Atpresent,along with our country’S economic construction ofindustrialization and urbanization accelerating,the scale of power engineering construction is expanding continually ing there are many different types,scales,progress operating atthesame has formed the dynamic operation characteristics ofpower engineering project programme.
