摘要
随着城农网改造的逐步深入，各种各样的计量工具不断出现在市场上。各 种不同的计量工具所使用的计量方法也不一样。该系统由前端电路调理模块， 电能表芯片 CS5460模块，单片机 STC89C52模块，显示模块，存储模块等组 成。CS5460实现功率测量和用 STC89C52单片机实现电能计量的方法是当下比 较成熟的计算方法。CS5460是一种带有串行接口的单向双向功率电能集成电路 芯片，用它可以方便的组成多功能电子式电度表和分布式电能计量管理系统。 其中使用CS5460芯片设计的简单单相电度表可以用于工业现场的电量数据采集 和简单的功率计算，使用 CS5460芯片设计的数字电表适用于住宅用电计量的最 精确，并具成本效益的电表方案，打开了电表设计的新领域，是下一代民用电 表的理想产品和最好的工业解决方案。目前我国高校学生公寓普遍采用限电措 施来控制学校电能利用 ,公寓管理社会化后 , 限制学生用电将改为鼓励学生安全 用电, 从而将采用限制安全功率、限制基本电费、超量收费的形式。

Abstract
With the gradual deepe ning of rural power grids city, a variety of measureme nt tools con ti nue to emerge on the market. A variety of differe nt measureme nt tools are not the same measureme nt method used. The system con sists of fron t-e nd circuit con diti oning module, CS5460 chip en ergy meter module, microc on troller STC89C52 modules, display modules, memory modules and other comp onen ts. CS5460 power measurement and the realization of single chip with STC89C52 energy measurement method is to present a more mature method. CS5460 is a single bi-directional serial in terface with power power in tegrated circuit chip, it can be easily formed with multi fun cti on electro nic power meter and distributed en ergy meteri ng man ageme nt system. CS5460 chip desig n which uses a simple sin gle-phase watt-hour meter can be used to power in dustrial field data collecti on and simple power calculati on, using the CS5460 digital chip desig n for reside ntial electricity meter measures the most accurate and cost-effective meter Program, desig ned to ope n new areas of the meter, the meter is ideal for the n ext gen erati on of civilia n products and the best in dustrial soluti ons.
