概述
立式磨机在建材工业和煤粉制作行业中广泛应用在石灰石,水泥
熟料、矿渣、石灰、石膏和煤炭等的破碎上。(见图 1)
弗兰德为立式磨机传动设备专门开发了符合该行业标准的齿轮
箱。这些齿轮箱适用于特殊的工况。其功能在于传输功率,将电
动机的高转速降低至所需的磨机转速以及支撑着磨盘转动。通过
研磨过程产生很大的轴向力,这些轴向力应通过所安装的特制轴
承和齿轮箱箱体传导到基础上。(见图 2)
针对这种应用情况我们提供了两种结构的齿轮箱。
伞齿轮—行星齿轮箱,类型 KMP 和 KMPS(见第 4 和第 5 页)
是结构特别紧凑的传动单元,其功率范围为 80 至 6000 kW 。
直交型斜齿传动齿轮箱,类型 KMS(见第 6 和第 7 页)配置了一级
伞齿轮传动和两级斜齿轮平行轴传动,其功率范围 25 至 1400 kW。
噪音辐射在这种传动设备中非常重要。按照 VDI(德国工程师协
会)准则曾对大量各种类型的齿轮箱进行了实验。其结果发表在
VDI 2159 上。80% 和 50% 线表示 80% 和 50% 的测量值在这些曲
线之下。这个结论是在 90% 的概率下得出的。将这些测量值与弗
兰德齿轮箱 KMP 系列测量值的比较表明弗兰德齿轮箱的噪音功率
值均在 VDI 测量的所有数值之下。(见图 3)
取得如此良好结果的关键在于优化的设计和制造过程的高质量并
