文档介绍：摘要青少年对一个社会的发展具有重要作用,他们的成长状况,直接关系着中华民族的整体素质,我国历来重视青少年的教育培养。目前,我国的政治、经济以及思想文化都在经历着巨大的变化,社会的发展变化比以往任何时候都更加迅速,但是也带来了许多影响青少年成长的不好的因素。自上世纪开始我国的相关部门就已经开始关注青少年犯罪的研究,并取得了许多成就。但是,青少年犯罪人数从上世纪70年代就急剧上升, 一直没能够得到有效的控制。究其原因,是由于更多的研究表现为急切地寻找对策,但是对青少年犯罪前监测和预警的研究却不多。因此,将青少年犯罪问题纳入社会预警理论的研究,可以为青少年犯罪问题提供新的研究视角,为预防和减少青少年犯罪提供建设性的意见和建议。本文总结了国内外关于青少年犯罪的理论,从家庭,学校,社会方面,对青少年犯罪特点和原因的进行分析,并结合对天津理工大学学生问卷调查,建立青少年犯罪预警指标体系。我们将能反映青少年犯罪的指标的因素,按照主体与客观环境的区别分为三级指标体系,即一级指标、子系统即二级指标、具体指标即三级指标构成,其中子系统的指标由:。2、家庭环境指数。3、社会环境指数。4、综合治理指数。并根据所建数学模型的类别,对原始数据进行变换。采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法, 初步构建出一套较为科学、完善的青少年犯罪预警指标体系。关键词:青少年犯罪预警指标体系 Abstract Young people play allimportant rolein thedevelopment of asociety,and theirgrowth conditions isdirectly related totheoverallquality of theChinese attachedgreat importance totheeducation ofyoung present,China’Spolitical, economic,and ideological and cultural,are undergoing tremendous changes,The development ofsociety changes more quickly than ever before,but italso brings many affecting factors tothegrowth ofyoung thebeginning ofthe lastcentury, China’Srelevantdepartments havebegun toconcern onthestudyofjuveniledelinquency,and haveachievedmany ,the numberofjuvenile delinquency stillhas asharp risesincethe970s,and Can’t been able toget effective theresearch isfocus on seeking more performance measures,but we don’thave much research on juvenile delinquency beforethemonitoring ,treat theproblem ofjuvenile delinquency asthetheory ofsocialwarning,may provide anew perspective fortheproblem ofjuvenile crime,and provide ments andsuggestions toprevent and reduce juvenile delinquency.
