基于 FPGA的电动机微机保护实现方法

摘要: 介绍了基于 FPGA的微机型电动机保护装置的硬件结构及实现方法,从硬件及算法两方面考虑

案。由于装置中采用了高速、高性能的 FPGA处理器,因此可以引入复杂的滤波和分析算法,且外围电路大为
减少,具有精度高、动作速度快、体积小和抗干扰性强的特点。装置可对 2 000 kW 以下的电动机实现过流、反
序、零序等保护,为设备的检修与维护提供依据。

Abstract: The hardware structure and actualized method of motor p rotection device based on Field Programma
ble Gate A rray ( FPGA) were introduced. The hardware and algorithm of relay p rotection measures were analyzed in
detail. According to the demand of the set, EP1C12Q240C8 chip of ALTERA is used as Central Processor Unit and
the Least Square Method is used as the core algorithm. For the high speed and high performance FPGA p rocessor is
app lied, p licated algorithm on filtering and analysis can be used in the control software, and the peripheral
circuits can also be reduced to a great extent. So the system has the characteristics of high measure p recision, high
action speed, small size and well anti jamm ing. This equipment could achieve many p rotections for the motors below
