可行性研究是基础建设管理中一项基础工作，在建设项目标投资决议和项目运作中有着十分关键作用。本论文叙述了可行性研究在建设项目中具体内涵和必需性，关键分析现在在项目可行性研究工作中所存在问题，对这些问题给予具体分析叙述，并综合多种原因，给对应对策。

The Existing Problems & Relative Countermeasures for the Problems
in the Feasibility Study of Construction Project
Abstract
The feasibility study of construction projects is a kind of fundamental work in the basic construction management, which plays a significant role in the investment decision-making and project operation of the construction projects. This article presents the specific connotation & necessity of feasibility study in the construction projects, illustrates the existing problems in the feasibility study of the projects, analyzes the problems in details, and provides readers with relative countermeasures by means of a conclusion of different reasons.
