经导管弹簧圈堵闭治疗小儿动脉导管未闭

【摘要】目的评价经导管弹簧圈堵闭小儿动脉导管未闭( PDA) 的效果。方法 1997 年 1 月
~10 月堵闭治疗 25 例 PDA 患儿,年龄 1 5~14 0 岁,平均 6 8 ± 2 7 岁;体重 10~37 kg ,平均 19 7 ±
7 9 kg。PDA 最窄处直径 1 3~2 8 mm ,PDA 长度 5 0~10 9 mm ;形态有短管型、长管型、漏斗型。
采用美国 Cook 公司生产的 3 种弹簧圈堵闭 PDA。结果成功率为 100 % ,术后心血管造影显示,
80 %(20/ 25) 患儿有极少量残余分流,术后 24 小时彩超复查仅有 2 例有少量残余分流,术后 1 个月彩
超复查无一例有残余分流。结论经导管弹簧圈堵闭小儿 PDA ,是较安全且创伤小的非开胸方法,
适用于婴幼儿,特别是 PDA 最窄处直径在 3 mm 以内的患儿。

【Abstract 】 Objective For evaluating the method of transcatheter occlusion of patent ductus arterio
sus ( PDA) . Methods From Jan. to Oct. 1997 , 25 patients of PDA were collected. The age ranged from
