In this paper, with Marx s basic ideas asa guide,based on China's state-owned enterprises human resources training history, discussed our country state-owned enterprise human resource training in the existing problems and proposes the solution countermeasure, attempts to advance our country state-owned enterprise manpower training work contribution towards the thin strength. The full text is divided into three parts: the first part describes the concept and characteristics of state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprise human resources training and its theoretical foundation and connotation of human resource in state-owned enterprises of the importance of training. In the second part of the review of China's state-owned enterprises human resources training work history on the basis of the process,analyzed the current situation of China'sstate-owned enterprises human resources training problems, and the reasons of these problems are analysed. The third part discusses the solution of China's state-owned enterprises human resources training existing problems countermeasures.
