摘    要
本设计是天津市某开发区污水处理厂的初步设计和施工图设计。该处理厂处理城市污水。水质较复杂:
悬浮物(SS):200mg/L;
  五日生化需氧量(BOD5):200mg/L;
  化学需氧量(CODcr):400mg/L;
总氮(N):40mg/L;
   总磷(P):4.0mg/L;
   重金属及有毒物质:微量;
处理后的水质要求:
BOD5≤20mg/L;
SS≤20mg/L;
 N≤15mg/L;
  P≤1mg/L;
根据设计要求和求新的思想,该污水处理工程进水中氮、磷含量均偏高,在去除BOD5和SS的同时,还需要进行脱氮除磷处理,故采用当代水处理工艺中较流行的三沟式氧化沟工艺。该工艺综合了以往工艺的优点,具有广泛的适应性,、格栅、污水泵房、曝气沉砂池、氧化沟、接触池、浓缩池、污泥脱水机房等.
本设计采用了脱氮除磷工艺和性能优良的设备,且工艺流程简单,省去了初沉池、二沉池、消化系统和回流设备,节省了基建投资和运行费用,同时曝气设备和构造形式多样,运行灵活,管理方便,保证出水达到污水排放标准,做到了水资源的合理利用。

Abstractﻫ It is a preliminary design and construction drawing for the sewage treatment plant development zone of Tianjin . This plant treat municipal sewage,:ﻫ Suspended substance (SS ): 200mg/L;ﻫ The biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5 ) of five days: 200mg/L; ﻫ The chemical oxygen demand (CODcr ): 400mg/L; ﻫ  Total nitrogen (N ): 40mg/L; 
  Total phosphorus (P ): 4。0mg/L;ﻫ Heavy metal and noxious substance: Trace; ﻫTreated water quality is required:
BOD5≤20mg/L; 
SS≤20mg/L;
 N≤20mg/L;
  P≤1mg/L;
   According to the designing requirement and thought of looking for novelty: the content of nitrogen andphosphorus are on the high side in this project water quality,so it shoud be dealed with,while get rid of BOD5 and SS 。We adopt and use a kind of craft,which is a comparatively extensive denitrification crafts at present, namely, 3 ditch type oxidizing craft. The advantage of this comprehensive craft is extensive adaptability , totally suitable for reality originally designed’s purpose. Its main structures includ gate well , grid , sewage pumping house , earate and sinking sand pool , oxidizing ditch , contacting pool , concentration tank , mud to dehydrate in the computer lab etc. ﻫ  This design have adopted the denitrification craft and equipment of good performance, and the procedure is s
