摘要：建筑工程的质量直接影响着工程建设的成败，不仅关系到国 民经济和社会稳定发展的长远利益，也关系到一个企业的衰败和兴旺，所 以，加强建筑工程的质量管理是十分有必要的。另外，建筑工程是多个专 业相互渗透、交叉的一项复杂的系统工程，要想得到预期的工程质量，就 必须利用科学的管理方法。本文就建筑工程质量管理中存在的问题及对策 进行了详细探讨。

Abstract: construction engineering quality directly affects the success or failure of project construction is not only related to long-term interests in the development of national economy and social stability, al so relates to the decline and prosperity of an enterprise, therefore, to strengthen the construction engineering quality management is very necessary. In addition, the construction project is more professional mutual penetration, cross a complicated system engineering, to get the desired quality of projects, it must use scientific management method. Tn this paper, the problems existing in the construction engineering quality management and the countermeasure has carried on the detailed discussion.

加强建筑工程质量管理的必要性
(-)工程质量管理适应市场竞争的需要
在强手如林的建筑市场，如何从竞争中取胜呢？国内外的经验，都告 诉我们要靠质量。如果一个建筑企业管理差、技术水平低，对用户不能实 行质量保证，没有社会信誉，那么这个企业就谈不上它的生存和发展。
事实证明，这些年建筑市场虽然“僧多粥少”，但质量搞得好、社会 有信誉的企业，仍然是施工任务饱满、工程接连不断。有些不是企业奔跑 找任务，而是业主慕名找上门。在全行业开展的创建鲁班奖工程活动，其 目的就是要鼓励企业加强工程工程质量管理，多创优质工程，树立社会信 誉，并使质量有保证的企业占据更大的市场份额。
