【摘要】：校园文化是学校教学过程之外的一种文化形态。作为一种文化现象, 应该是指在整个学校教育过程中由师生共同创造的物质财富和精神财富的总和。 包括物质形态的校园设备设施，文化设施、活动形态的校园活动，以及由此作用于 师生内心的心理形态的积淀。通常反映在学生课堂以外的情景设施以及课余时间 组织。在当前新课程改革背景下，加强校园文化建设，对于优化育人环境，全面 贯彻教育方针，真正落实素质教育，提高整体办学水平，具有不可替代的重要作 用。校园文化建设是实施素质教育的载体，也是学校教育管理的一项重要内容。
