Our country has not make special product liability law, "the general principles of the civil law", "invasion", "product responsibility law quality law", "consumer protection law" the relevant provisions of the law in our country consists of the essence of the product liability law. From the legislative and judicial practice, China's product liability legislation reflects the fundamental national condition, also conforms with the world trend of development of product liability law. However, its ings, has affected the full play of its function. This paper mainly from the legal responsibility of the relevant provisions of the "product quality law" and the newly revised "consumer protection law" to study the defects of products and related problems.
