摘要:本设计是基于应用的技术开发,据用户提出的加工工艺要求及汽车曲轴的外形结构等特点,结合加工设备的机械部分设计出汽车曲轴油孔加工设备的电气部分、编制相应程序、仿真、调试。其中动力头速度可调且可正反转,采用变频器加三相异步电机实现;动力头滑台及工件滑台以PLC的高速脉冲输出控制伺服系统实现精确的定位控制;工件的夹紧、定位、旋转操作使用了液压系统,其控制通过PLC控制电磁阀实现。本文设计了机床电气控制系统的整体方案、机床主电路、机床控制电路、操作面板及PLC的控制程序,完成了完整的汽车曲轴油孔加工专用机床的设计方案,能稳定、准确、良好地完成对加工设备的动作控制,以按要求自动快速地完成汽车曲轴油孔的加工,应用到实际生产中可达到汽车曲轴油孔加工自动化,提高生产效率。

Abstract: The design is based on the application of technology development, according to users requirements of processing technology and automotive crankshaft structural features such as shape, combined with the mechanical parts of processing equipment designed crankshaft hole processing equipment automotive electrical parts, the preparation of the corresponding procedures, simulation . Speed adjustable head which can be positive, increase the use of frequency converter three-phase asynchronous motor; power stations and the first slide to slide the workpiece PLC high-speed pulse output to control servo system to achieve precise positioning control; workpiece clamping , positioning, rotating the use of hydraulic system operation, the control solenoid valve through the realization of PLC control. In this paper, the design of the machine electrical control system as a whole program, machine tool main circuit, machine control circuit, operation of the control panel and the PLC program, pletion of plete automotive crankshaft hole processing machine tool design dedicated to a stable, accurate and pletion of the processing of motion control equipment to automatically and quickly as required plete the processing of automobile crankshaft hole applied to the actual production can be achieved in the automotive crankshaft hole processing automation, increasing productivity
