文档介绍：摘要现代社会专业分工越来越细,市场竞争越来越激烈,人们之间的合作变得越来越重要。团队在企业发挥的作用使其成为最有效的工作方式之一。随着现代经济的发展,如何充分发掘员工的潜力,让团队发挥最大的工作效能,这一团队建设的问题越来越受到企业管理者的重视。本研究以五洲工程设计研究院工程设计项目团队为研究对象,系统研究工程设计团队管理及其基本理论,结合设计院发展过程中的实际情况及本人的工作实践,采取对设计院相关资料研究、人员个别访谈、综合调查了解等方式对设计院工程设计项目团队建设进行了有益的探讨。从团队组织构架、团队成员结构、激励体系等方面分析了设计项目团队的现状、存在的问题及原因,在此基础上重新设置了团队机构,构建了科学的人员配备流程,设计了绩效考核表、评价方式、评价指标体系,提出设立技术创新奖的思路。本研究提出五洲工程设计研究院要建设高绩效的工程设计项目团队需把握以下五个方面:建立工程设计项目团队的具体成员责任体系;加强自主管理、完善激励措施:创造一个共同的愿景、消除团队内的冲突;建立团队沟通平台;创建高效的团队文化。关键词:团队建设高绩效项目管理 ABSTIUCT Inmodern society,professional division oflabor isgetting smaller, petitive is more and more intense,and cooperation between people ing increasingly has been one of the most effective ways of working,because of its role in the the development of the modern economy,the issue,how to fully exploit the potential of employees to make the work team maximize the effectiveness of the team-bui iding, i S being concerned about by enterpri se managers.
