摘 要
冲压模具是冲压生产必不可少的工艺装备,是技术密集型产品。冲压件的质量,生产效率以及生产成本等,与模 具设计和制造有直接关系。模具设计与制造技术水平的高低,是衡量一个高低的重要标志之一 ,在很大程度上决定着产品的质量,效益和新产品的开发能力。
本套模具设计，我所设计的是生活中及为常见的是罩圈，主要介绍的是冲压生产中应用广泛的落料、拉深、冲孔、翻边工序，设计的模具是它整个生产过程一次成型的落料、拉深、冲孔、翻边复合模。我首先对冲压工艺特性进行分析，比较和确定工艺方案，然后在进行工艺参数的计算，选择合理的冲压设备，再进行模具的总体设计，设计出整套模具。
通过本次的毕业设计，我不仅巩固了所学关于冲压模具的内容，掌握了冲压模具设计的基本技能，如计算、绘图、查阅设计资料和手册，熟悉标准和规范等，使理论和生产实际知识综合运用，从而培养和提高了我独立工作的能力。

Abstract
Stamping die is stamping essential technology and equipment, and technology-intensive products. Stamping quality, production efficiency and production cost is directly related to mold design and manufacturing. The level of mold design and manufacturing technology is a measure of a country manufacturing of the level of one of the hallmarks of a large extent determines the product quality, efficiency and new product development capabilities.
This set of mold which I design a common cover ring of life. It introduces being widely used in the production of stamping blanking, deep drawing, piercing and flanging processes. The design of the mold is it the entire production process of the molding blanking, deep drawing, piercing and flanging compound mode. First of all, I analyze the stamping process characteristics, compare and determine the technology program, and then carrying out the calculation of the process parameters, a reasonable choice of stamping equipment, then the overall design of the mold to design a set of mold.
