摘要
桥式起重机械是一种循环,间歇运动的机械,它是由两根箱形主梁和两根横向端梁构成的双梁桥架,在说明书主要对端梁部分进行设计,它包括对大车运行机构,端梁的桥架和内部各个零部件的设计、装配以及焊接结构。在设计过程中参考有关资料:大车采用分别传动方案,端梁采用钢板焊接成箱形结构,端梁的安装接头设在端梁的中部,并通过连接板和角钢用高强度螺栓连接。端梁桥架设计,主要涉及焊接结构及工艺,这就要求对焊接知识有充分的了解,并把所学的灵活、正确的运用到设计当中去。

ABSTRACT
Pairs of the beam bridge hoist tool instrument a circulation, intermittence machinery of sport, it is a pairs of beam bridge formed by two case shaped bright beam bridge and two horizontal end pairs of beam bridge .Operate the jack-up car and can get up, hang and carry all kinds of things with the level .It is suitable for all the occasions, such as machining and assembly shop、warehouse and material. This instruction is mainly to design the roof bean part, including running mechanism of the cart, the design of bridge shelf and each part of the inside parts accessory, assembly store and welding structure. During the course of designing ,consult some relevant materials: the cart adopts different drive scheme ,the end roof beam adopts case shape structure welding by stencil plates ,the connecting end installation of roof beam
