论文题目:太仓港集装箱运输发展策略研究

摘要
太仓港位于江苏省苏州市境内,依靠长江,紧邻上海,又有着较长的深水岸线,按照交通部长江三角洲地区港口布局规划,太仓港是“以上海为中心、宁波为南翼、南京以下港口为北翼的集装箱港口体系”中的北翼组成部分,江苏省已将太仓港列为“江苏外贸第一大港”。经济全球化,苏台直航、世博会的召开以及上海国际航运中心的建设为太仓港集装箱运输的发展带来了机遇,同时,来自国内、国际港口的竞争,专业人才的缺乏给太仓港集装箱运输发展带来了威胁和挑战。因此对太仓港集装箱运输发展的竞争力进行研究,对于太仓港的发展具有重要的意义。
本文采用定性与定量相结合的方法研究了太仓港集装箱运输的未来发展战略。本文从集装箱运输及集装箱港口的现状出发,分析了国际、国内集装箱以及集装箱港口的发展趋势。采用内外部环境分析法,全面分析出了太仓港集装箱运输的外部环境以及内部环境,了解了其自身的基本情况,认清了未来的发展条件提出了内部条件亟待改进的地方。接着结合腹地生成法、回归预测法、时间序列预测法,用SPSS软件对太仓港2015年以及2020年的集装箱吞吐量进行了预测,描述了未来发展趋势。最后创新地引入波特钻石模型理论,分析了太仓港发展集装箱运输的竞争力,论证了未来良好的发展前景,并为太仓港的发展提出了五大可行的战略,即提高太仓港集装箱运输的内部条件;构建横向以及纵向的战略联盟,包括与周边港口联盟,港航联盟、港货联盟;抓紧建设物流园区,大力发展临港产业,建立强大的临港工业群;提供高效的物流辅助服务,构建太仓港综合物流中心;协调洋山互利共赢。文章对于提高太仓港集装箱运输竞争力和制定战略规划,具有积极的借鉴和参考作用。

ABSTRACT
Taicang port is located in suzhou, rely on the Yangtze river, close to Shanghai, and has a long coastline. According to the deepwater harbor layout of Yangtze river delta area, Taicang port is part of " Shanghai is the centre, ningbo as the south wing, the nanjing port as the north wing " . Taicang port has been listed as" the biggest foreign trade port in jiangsu province" Economic globalization, Sue-Taiwan direct, the 2010 expo and the construction of Shanghai international shipping center have brought opportunity for the container transpotation development of Taicang port. Meanwhile, the petition from th domestic and international port, lack of professional talents have brought great challenges and threats to the development of Taicang port. So the container petitiveness research of taicang port make a great significance to the development of Taicang port.
The text studied the future development stategy of Taicang port’s container transportation based on the qualitative and quantitative research methods. The text analyzed the development trend of the domestic and international cont
