疗效分析
【摘要】目的探讨调强放疗同步多西他赛+顺钳治疗食 管癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法回顾分析40例调强同步多西 他赛+顺钳放化疗的食管癌患者。SPSS 17统计分析该组患者 的近期疗效、局部控制率、生存率及毒性反应。结果该组 病例病灶近有效率为95%. 1、2年生存率为80%、％, 1、2 年的局控率为%、％,轻度放射性反应：食管炎95%,呼吸道 反应％,白细胞％。食管造影长度（c 2二、P=）为生存率影响 因素。结论调强放疗治疗同步多西他赛+顺钳周方案治疗食 管癌近期疗效和局部控制率较好，虽毒性反应增加但能耐 受。
