文档介绍:摘要摘要全球盐碱化进程的加快加重了盐碱对人类的威胁,它给农业生产造成的损失仅次于干旱。玉米作为一种重要的粮饲兼用作物及工:业原料和医药原料,对盐分中度敏感。冈此,筛选确立耐盐碱鉴定适宜的形态指标和有效标记,开展玉米种质资源的耐盐碱性鉴评,研究结果将为耐盐碱玉米种质资源筛选提供试验依据。本研究以69份玉米自交系***131份玉米杂交种为试材,开展盐碱耐性综合评价;利用70对 SSR引物对自交系进行遗传多样性和群体结构分析,划分种质类群,并从42对已定位与耐盐碱基因连锁的分子标记中筛选适于耐盐碱鉴定的有效标记。主要研究结果如下: (1)基于3l份玉米杂交种的大田苗期候选形态指标和相对减产率的相关性分析,确立株高、茎粗是玉米大田苗期适宜的耐盐碱形态鉴定指标。(2)对69份自交系进行了实验室条件下耐盐碱生理生化鉴定和大田形态鉴定,两种鉴定分级范畴具有趋同性,并能够客观地反应材料的盐碱耐性。(3)采用UPGMA和群体结构聚类等分析方法,将69个自交系划分为四平头、旅大红骨、 PA、PB、Lancaster等5个类群。(4)从42对相关标记中,筛选出耐盐碱鉴定有效标$26个(umcl048、umcll60、umcl265、 umcl271、phi056、phil04127):基于上述6个有效标记,能够明显地区分耐盐碱和盐碱敏感的材料。关键词玉米;盐碱胁迫;有效标记;形态指标;种质筛选 ABSTRACT Screening ofEffectiveMarkers fortheIdentification ofSalt..alkaliTolerance inMaize Abstract As the global salinity and basification accelerated,it increased thethreat tohumanity and became one of theecological animportant crop,industrial rawmaterialandmedical raw material,maize was middle sensitive ,it isimportant and essential to screen appropriate morphological indicesandeffective molecular markers,analyze salt—alkali tolerance of maize germplasm。The results would provide reference for screening salt—alkalitolerance germplasms. prehensive tolerance tosalt-alkalifor69maize inbredlinesand 3 hybrids was analyzed icdiversity andpopulation structure among 69inbred lines were analysized by70pairs ofSSRs,which was evenly distributed over effective markers uesd intheidentificationof salt—alkalitoelrance were screened from 42 pairs of molecular markers,which were linkage main resultsweresummarized as followed: (1)The relationship between candidate morphological indicesandreduction percentage for thiny—one maize hybrids Was plantheight,stalk diameter were theappropriate morphological indicesusedinsalt—alkali tolerance analysis infield.
