摘 要
多年来, 中国模具发展快速, 尤其是塑料模具提出了越来越高要求, 最近几年, 塑料模具在整个模具行业所占百分比上升到30%左右, 相信在未来时间里, 中国塑料模具工业还将保持年均增加速度达成10%以上较高速度发展, 中国塑料模具市场以注塑模具需求量最大。 未来注射模具发展方向向更精密、 更高效、 复合和多功效、 更大型、 更精密、 更复杂、 更绿色及更经济方向发展, 模具产品技术含量将不停提升, 模具制造周期将不停缩短。
注射成型是塑料成型一个关键方法, 它关键适适用于热塑料成型, 能够一次成型简单或复杂精密塑件。 本课题是将水杯作为设计模型, 将注塑模具相关知识作为依据, 叙述塑料注射模具设计过程。 介绍塑件结构形状, 塑件材料选择, 及塑件结构工艺性, 注射机成型设备组成份类及型号规格。
本文具体介绍了水杯注塑模具设计, 从产品结构工艺性分析, 具体模具结构出发, 选择模具型腔分型面, 型腔数量, 和对模具浇注系统设计, 模具成型零件分析计算, 合模导向机构设计, 推出机构, 使用EMX(模架设计教授)进行模架设计, 最终对三维造型使用Pro/Engineer形同转出dwg文件进行出图。

Abstract
.
