摘 要
现在中国已经成为丝绸生产大国和贸易大国, 但并没有成为丝绸强国。 这关键源于在国际市场上中国丝绸产品竞争力不足。 中国丝绸行业要想可连续发展就必需提升出口竞争力。 而中国丝绸行业出口贸易竞争力关键受到中国原因和国际原因影响。 因为中国丝绸产业链较长, 包含农工贸几大产业, 必需从全局出发考虑丝绸可连续发展。 在科技水平低、 人才匮乏和企业管理水平低下情况下, 丝绸行业可连续发展道路受到重重阻碍。 中国丝绸生产技术设备较落后, 更新改造速度慢, 没有取得重大关键技术突破。 资本投入方面也显著不足, 尤其是对技术创新这首先技术投入比较欠缺。 同时中国丝绸企业以中小型企业为主, 没有自主世界著名自主品牌, 深加工部分价值并没有完全取得。 再加上国外同行业竞争, 和贸易摩擦和贸易壁垒阻碍, 中国丝绸行业发展更是步履维艰。 本文研究了中国丝绸产业现实状况, 分析了丝绸关键产品出口情况, 并经过和意大利和印度行业情况进行对比来愈加清楚地认识到中国丝绸在国际上所处位置, 从竞争力视角来研究中国丝绸出口贸易可连续发展所包含到问题和处理对策。

ABSTRACT
Now China has become the silk producer and trading power, but did not become a silk power. This is mainly comes from the lack of our silk products competitiveness in the international market. We must improve the export competitiveness to keep sustainable development of our silk industry. And the competitiveness of our silk industry export trade is mainly influenced by domestic factors and international factors. Because the domestic silk industry chain is longer, involving several major industry and trade, we must proceed from the overall consideration of sustainable development of silk. In the low level of science and technology, the lack of talent and the low level of enterprise management, the sustainable development road of silk industry will be affected by many obstacles. Silk production technology and equipment in China is relatively backward, the speed of renewal and reconstruction, and we do not breakthrough the key technology.
