摘 要：百胜休闲度假村的规划设计以尊重当地的地形地貌为核心，因地制宜。尽量保留百胜村原有的农家特色，并且在原有特色的基础上，踢其糟粕，取其精华，将原有规划不合理的地方进行改进，规划比较合理有特色的地方予以保留。比如道路系统根据村民长期行走的经验，其本身已经形成了比较完整合理的道路系统，因此原有道路系统基本保留，只将一些断头路等进行优化。整体的规划是要将百胜村设计成以古镇为依托，以生态观光农业、休闲度假、商务会议为核心，并具有农家情趣和地域特色以及文化特色，与自然山水融为一体，体现山水田园风光，集观光、休闲、住宿、餐饮、会议、度假、娱乐于一体的综合性旅游休闲度假村。

Abstract：The planning and design of the Relax Resort to Yum respect the local topography as the core, suit one's measures to local conditions.
