[摘要] 目的 探討穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆在糖尿病胃轻瘫（DGP）患者中的应用。 方法 选取2017年1月～2018年2月内科门诊就诊DGP患者86例，随机分为联合组和对照组，每组43例。两组均予个体化的饮食运动方案及药物控制血糖等基础治疗。对照组予以穴位贴敷治疗，观察组在对照组基础上再加耳穴压豆治疗。两组连用8周。观察两组治疗前后血糖及糖化血红蛋白达标、胃排空时间情况，并比较其临床效果。 结果 治疗8周后，联合组FBG、%、%%，%、%%（P<）;同时两组胃排空时间显著缩短（P<<）;且联合组缩短幅度更显著（P<）;同时联合组患者临床总有效率（%）较对照组（%）更佳（χ2=，P<）。 结论 穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆用于DGP患者的效果确切，不仅能更明显提高降糖药效果，有利于血糖及糖化血红蛋白的达标，而且能加快胃肠运动，改善临床症状，促进胃排空。

Application of acupoint sticking combined with auricular point pressing beans in the patients with diabetic gastroparesis

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application of acupoint sticking combined with auricular point pressing beans in the patients with diabetic gastroparesis（DGP）. Methods 86 patients with DGP who were treated in the outpatient department of internal medicine from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the combined group and the control group， with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were given individualized dietary and exercise programs and basic treatments such as drugs to control blood glucose. The control group was given acupoint sticking. The observation group was further given auricular point pressing beans on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.
