摘 要:
随着人口老龄化加剧，老旧多层住宅加建电梯已成改善居住质量的必要条件。本文结合实例分析总结了既有多层住宅加建电梯的类型，并对这些加建类型的特点进行分析，指出了电梯加建的现实制约条件，为以后的实践提供理论依据。
Abstract：With the intensification of the aging population, the old multi-storey residential building elevator has become a necessary condition to improve the quality of life. This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing type of multi-storey residential building elevator, and the construction of these types of features are analyzed, pointed out the realistic constraints of elevator built, to provide a theoretical basis for future practice.

0 引言
因建设年代社会经济水平限制，我国既有老旧多层住宅楼多未设置电梯。因住区老龄化加剧，无电梯住宅，使居民出行极不方便，加建电梯迫在眉睫（图A-D为、、、等地加建电梯照片）。2016年市决定在城六区试点开展老旧小区加装电梯工作，在适老化改造上又迈出了艰难的一步。2017年年初首部“租赁式”外加电梯在大柳树5号院开通，老旧小区加建电梯工作有了新进展。
老旧多层住宅加建电梯建电梯涉及问题较复杂，如政府政策主导、经费投资、居民的意见等，本文结合社科院几个老旧小区综合整治项目遇到的户型，对外加电梯进行了分析研究。
