文档介绍:I 摘要 随着我国法制建设的进程以及经济的进一步发展,法律服务市场日益成为竞争异常的行业,而JS 律师事务所就是在这一大背景下而创建的。本文意图解决的也是JS 律师事务所在同质化服务充斥着市场的法律服务大环境下,一个新成立的事务所如果采用差异化的服务,确保在激烈的竞争中立足和发展。 作者作为一个执业律师,对律师行业以及律师事务所的经营特点有一定的心得体会以及一些改良的建议。作者结合战略管理的相关知识,通过分析法律服务市场的外部宏观环境、行业环境和竞争环境,分析出外部的机会与威胁;又进一步分析事务所所具有的内部条件,对事务所的内部优势和劣势进行分析。并运用服务营销的知识,对法律服务市场进行市场细分,并选择出目标市场,提出差异化经营的理念。并对如何进行差异化经营从营销管理、人力资源管理、流程管理三方面进行了探讨。 本文分成六部分。第一章,绪论;第二章,论文相关的理论基础;第三章, 环境分析;第四章,法律服务的市场分析;第五章,实施差异化服务的对策和措施;第六章,结论与展望。 关键词:律师事务所 差异化 服务 II ABSTRACT With the progress of legal construction and the further development of economy in China, petition in the market of lega l service es more and more fiercely. JS Law Firm is built up under such background. This thesis tries to seek the way to make sure how this law firm could base itse lf in petition and seek for further growing if it could offer unique service under the background of normal legal market. As a licensed lawyer, the wr iter has some personal appreciate and suggestion about the characteristic of the Lawyer and La w Firm. Combined the knowledge of strategy management, the writer will analyze the external opportunities and risks from the macroscopic environment, professional circumstance petitive condition of the legal service market. Meanwhile, the writer will talk about the intern al quality and will assay the advantage and inferiority of this Law Firm. With the knowledge of marketing of service, the thesis will subdivide the legal service market and choose the target market and apply the conception of differentia tion management. Besides, this thesis will discuss this conception from three aspect s: Marketing Management, Human Resource Management and Procedure Management. This thesis has six chapters in total. The first chapter is introduction. The second one is the relevant theory about this thesis . In the third chapter, it will discuss the outside environment and in the following chapter will analyze the market of legal service. And Chapter Five will analyze
