摘 要
存货在企业资产中有着十分重要的位置，尤其对于制造业。存货是一项重要的流动资产，它的存在必然会占用大量流动资金，所以采用并实施正确的管理方法降低企业平均资金占用水平，提高存货周转速度和总资产的周转率来提高企业的效益显得非常的重要。本文主要介绍了存货管理存在的问题及解决的对策分析。
本文结合了合山化工（辽宁）有限公司存货管理的现状，分析了合山化工在存货管理中存在的问题及解决方法。
关键词： 中小企业 存货管理 问题 对策
ABSTRACT
Inventory has a very important position in the enterprise assets, especially for manufacturing. Inventory is an important current assets, its existence will inevitably take up a lot of liquidity, so the adoption and implementation of proper management method reduce the enterprise average capital takes up level, increase the speed of inventory turnover and total assets turnover ratio to improve the efficiency of enterprises is very important. This paper mainly introduces the inventory management problems and the countermeasure analysis.
This article combines together mountain chemical (liaoning) co., LTD. Inventory management present situation, analyzes the close mountain chemical in the inventory management problems and solutions.
