机车乘务员健康状况调查
【摘耍】目的分析铁路机车乘务员身体健康现状，确保铁路 运输生产安全。方法对634名机车乘务员(观察组)和667名非机车 乘务员(对照组)测量血压，检查心电图、B超、X线胸透，测定血 清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和空腹血糖。结果观察组血压、血脂、血糖和 B超检查异常检出率分别为63. 72%. %、%、%, %、%, %、%,两组差异 有统计学意义(P<0. 05) o观察组心电图和X线胸透检查异常检出率 %、4. 26%；%、3. 15%,两组差异无 统计学意义(P>o. 05) o结论铁路机车乘务员健康状况不容乐观，应 采取有效的干预措施。

[Abstract] Objective To assess the heal th status of engine drivers in locomotive depot・ Methods 634 engine drivers in locomotive depot of Qingdao rai1 way and 667 controls were sei ected・ The blood pressure, ECG, B~ul trasound, and X-ray were measured. Blood samples were collected from each subject and 1evels of cholesterol, triglyceride and blood sugar were rout in ely measured ・ Resul tsThere was si gni f i cant di fference i n the blood pressure, serum lipids, serum sugar and B-ultrasound between the engine drivers and the control group (P<0. 05), but there was no signifiednt differenee in the ECG and X-ray (卩 >0. 05)・ Conclusion The health status of engine drivers appears to be a big probl ein, and the effec tive intervention measures should be taken on them・

为分析机车乘务员的健康状况，2005年10月我们对青岛机务段
机车乘务员进行了健康查体，现将结果报告如下。
1资料与方法
1对象对青岛铁路机车乘务员进行健康查体，选取年龄在40〜 60岁之间的634人作为观察组，平均年龄(44・05±5・15)岁。对照 组667人,为从事非行车、非长期夜间工作的铁路机车车辆维修工人， 年龄40〜60岁，平均年龄(43. 94±7. 52)岁。两组间
