文档介绍：新疆农业院校大学生农村就业意愿调查分析——以新疆农业大学为例摘要大学生就业问题是当前社会普遍关注的焦点问题,也是一个随着社会政治、经济、文化的发展与变化,及教育制度的改革和就业形势的变化而随之变化的复杂问题。我国的大学生就业形势异常严峻,一方面招生规模还在进一步加大,另一方面累积未就业大学毕业生规模仍然不小。作为一个基本公民,毕业之后的大学生也需要通过就业来实现“民生之本”的目标。新疆农村人口众多、人力资源丰富,但实际参与农村建设的人才资源相对匮乏,大多数大学生毕业之后选择继续留在城市,不愿意到农村去就业,对农村发展急需大量农业技术大学毕业生已经是一个不争的事实。本文新疆通过对新疆农业大学毕业生面向农村就业意愿问题的研究,从博弈理论分析和实际样本调查相结合来剖析新疆农业大学毕业生面向农村就业意愿问题,结果显示要加大对个人层面愿意到农村就业的支持和刺激性力度,减少不愿意到农村就业的回报率。基于就业对接和实现激励正向化,个人和高校更多要关注所学内容、学用结合和观念转变方面,而政府社会要在就业服务体系、平台搭建、完善薪资激励机制方面要加大力度。从而为新疆涉农大学生面向农村就业提供帮助,为民族地区农村输送更多的农业科技人才。关键词:农业院校;农村就业意愿;博弈模型;新疆万方数据 Xinjiang Agricultural University Students Rural Employment Intention Survey Analysis Abstracts University students’employment problem the current focus ofsocialattention,also acomplex problem with thedevelopment ofsocialpolitics,economy,culture and change,and thereform ofthe system of educmion and employment situation changes and students’employment situmion very serious in our country,on the one hand,the recruitment ofstudents scaleinfurther more, on theother hand,the cumulative not college graduates employment scale itizen, aftergraduating from college students also need topassjobs to achieve thegoal of”vital to people’S livelihood”.
