[摘要]针对循环水系统中添加杀菌剂存在氧化水中还原性物质和有机型水质稳定剂, 改变循环水性质, 加速换热器腐蚀, 消耗大量新鲜水缺点, 山东石大科技集团动力车间选择紫外线杀菌消毒, 杀菌率可达99%, 含有高效、 广谱、 稳定、 无毒残留特点, 紫外线杀菌成功应用将是循环水系统杀菌领域一次变革。

Abstrct:owing to the defects that antiseptic can oxide some reducing substances and organic water stabilizer,change the property of the circulating water,accelerate the corrosion of the heat exchanger,and use large amount of fresh water,when you add the antiseptic in the circulating water power plant in the ShanDong Shtar Science&Technology Group,has made a choice that they selected the Ultra-Violet a result, sterilization rate is up to 99%,having the characteristics of broad-spectrum, high efficiency, non-toxic residue。 The successful application of UV disinfection will be a big transform in the area of circulating water sterilization.

现在, 投加杀菌剂是中国循环水系统最为常见杀菌技术。 但这种技术含有费用高、 耗资大、 易产生抗药性和毒性等缺点。 所以, 很多中国外研究者在深入研究高效低毒廉价新型杀菌剂同时．也致力于研究新杀菌技术[1]。 本文关键研究紫外线杀菌在循环水中利用, 并于山东石大科技集团动力车间循环水系统单元完成工业化生产。
一 循环水系统杀菌剂使用现实状况
现在中国循环水系统为了有效控制微生物滋生, 预防微生物附着在管线、 设备上造成设备结垢和腐蚀, 全部是经过添加大量化学药剂来达成这一目标。 我厂原来循环水系统中为了消除和抑制细菌生长
