摘要
选择陕西商洛、 安徽太和和吉林延边产桔梗, 采取水提取法提取桔梗粗多糖, 分别测定粗多糖含量, 采取三氯乙酸－正丁醇法脱蛋白脱去多糖中粗蛋白, 测定精制多糖含量, 比较三个地域桔梗粗多糖及精制多糖含量。 结果显示, 安徽太和粗多糖含量最高, %, 其次为吉林延边桔梗, %, %。 提取粗多糖经精制后, 安徽太和、 陕西商洛、 吉林延边桔梗粗多糖蛋白去除率分别为: %, %%, 差异不显著。 精制多糖含量分别为: %, %%。 结果表明安徽太和桔梗多糖含量最高, 陕西商洛次之, 最终为吉林延边桔梗。

Comparison the content of polysaccharide of platycodon in three areas
Abstract:
Select the platycodon,in shangluo, anhui tai and jilin in yanbian with water to extrac the crude polysaccharide of platycodon,ahd then crude polysaccharide is determined,Use the acid-n-buoh the different method to take off the protein in the polysaccharide crude, and then to determine the refined polysaccharide, compare the thick polysaccharides and refined polysaccharide of platycodon in these three result is showed that the highest content of polysaccharide in anhui tai, thick for %, followed by jilin yanbian balloon %, the minimum is shangluo balloonflower, for %..After the extraction of refined polysaccharide from crude polysaccharide,the balloonflower thick glycoprotein removal rate in anhui tai, shangluo, jilin yanbian
is more than respectively %,% and %, the difference is not significant. Refined polysaccharide is %, % and %, the results show that the contents of polysaccharide in anhui tai balloonflower highest, in shangluo is the second smallest, and finally for jilin yanbian lisianthus.

桔梗[1](Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq．)A．DC．)是桔梗科桔梗属、 多年生草本植物, 别名铃铛花、 梗草、 和尚头花、 土人参、 包袱花等。 药用其根, 为桔梗科植物桔梗干燥根。 中载, 桔梗系常见中药桔梗花大漂亮, 可供观赏, 种子可榨油, 根是一个常见中药材。 其味苦、 辛, 性微温有宣肺、 散寒、 祛痰、 排脓等功效, 主治外感咳嗽、 喉痹咽痛、 胸满肋痛等症。 现代医学认为, 桔梗富含桔梗皂甙、 多糖、 甾醇类、 萜类、 桔梗酸等成份, 并含有十多个氨基酸及铜、 铁、 锌、 锰等22种微量元素, 含
