【摘要】目的：分析青少年腰椎间盘突出症的CT和临床表现特点。材料与方法：CT诊断青少年腰椎间盘突出症23例，均经手术病理或临床经皮穿刺溶胶原酶治疗证实。结果：%，临床特点是腰痛伴下肢放射痛;本病与创伤关系密切。常见突出类型为中央型(%)。结论：青少年腰椎间盘突出症的临床和CT表现与***不同。CT为本病的早期准确诊断提供了保证。
