文档介绍:MBA学位论文作者:侯向军深圳A公司竞争战略研究中文摘要中国入世以来,伴随着中国卫浴行业“井喷式”的增长,国内卫浴行业在近五年内得到了快速的增长。国外的卫浴企业巨头争先恐后地来到中国,同时中国本土讯速成长起来的卫浴企业也逐步进入了国际市场,这种市场格局的变化极大的促进了卫浴行业的竞争。如何把握卫浴企业发展的机遇,抢占市场,在将来的竞争中赢得优势地位,是每一个卫浴企业必须面对和思考的问题。本论文共分五章,首先在绪论部分对本论文的研究背景和意义、研究目的及方法进行简要说明:第二章开始剖析了企业竞争战略的本质,重点阐述了三大竞争战略的理论综述、优点及其局限性:然后通过PEST方法、波特的“行业结构分析”理论和竞争对手分析方法等对公司外部环境进行分析评价,找出A公司所面临的机会与威胁;接着对A公司内部的财务经营状况、核心能力和企业文化进行了深入的分析,评价A公司本身所具有的优势和劣势:第三章是论文的主干部分,以 A公司的愿景、使命及目标为前提制定出公司层战略,根据第二章内外部分析的结果,用SWOT矩阵工具汇总分析,以SPACE战略选择理论为基楚得出A企业的竞争战略:第四章主要针对A公司如何有效实施竞争战略提出实施方法及建议; 最后,对整体论文进行总结及展望。希望通过对A公司竞争战略的分析研究,可以对我国国内同类型卫浴企业的发展提供一定的参考价值。关键词:关键环境,竞争优势,核心能力,竞争战略,战略实施 MBA学位论文作者:侯向军深圳A公司竞争战略研究 ABSTRACT Since China hasbeen WTO entry,with following the Chinese bathprofession a tremendous growth,the bathprofession business ofdomestic China obtained the fast growth in near bathhardware enterprise giants arrives petitively,simultaneously the local Chinese bath hardware business gradually entered theintemational market aswell,this kind ofmarket pattern change greatly promoted petition of tograsp thisopportunity,seizes the market,will win thesuperiority status petition,it is acriticalquestion for eachbathenterprise tofaceand seekanswer.
