文档介绍：河北大学硕士学位论文供应链管理环境下的采购管理研究姓名:赵欣申请学位级别:硕士专业:企业管理指导教师:郭子雪 20100501 摘要 I 摘要随着经济全球化、技术的迅猛发展以及顾客需求的多样化,企业面临的竞争环境日益激烈。在这种情况下,出现了供应链管理理论,它执行供应链中从供应商到最终用户的物流计划和控制等功能,企业间的竞争已经演变为供应链之间的竞争。采购作为供应链上游的主要控制过程,其功能愈来愈重要。采购成本的高低会直接影响到企业最终产品的定价情况和整个供应链的最终获利情况。当前,企业的采购工作面临着许多的新问题,如降低采购成本、选择合适的供应商、制定采购策略等。本文首先系统地阐述了供应链及供应链管理,供应链管理环境下的采购和采购管理,从而构筑了本文的理论基础;继而阐述了采购管理的发展过程,采购管理在企业管理中的地位、作用,供应链管理环境下采购的特点及面临的挑战,以及采购管理的发展趋势;接着指出采购管理所面临的问题以及我国采购管理的现状,然后主要从采购流程优化、供应商关系管理、采购成本管理三方面对采购管理进行优化;最后,在供应商选择阶段,在平衡记分卡的基础上建立了供应商评价体系,然后综合运用层次分析法、熵值法和 TOPSIS 法对供应商进行选择。本文的研究内容可对供应链环境下的企业提高采购管理水平以及供应商选择起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。关键词供应链管理采购管理采购流程优化供应商关系管理供应商选择 Abstract II Abstract Along with economic globalization, rapid technological development and the diversification of customers’ need, enterprises are facing an increasingly petitive environment.
