文档介绍：专业硕士学位论文 DJ服装公司供应链生产计划与控制研究 Studies on production schedule and control tosupply chain in theDJ pany 作者:罗琴导师:施先亮北京交通大学 2007年6月中文摘要中文摘要摘要:现代供应链管理思想对企业的生产计划与控制模式提出了巨大挑战,因为其要求企业决策者进行思维方式的转变即从传统的、封闭的纵向思维方式转为横向的、开放的思维方式。企业只有通过研究并实施面向供应链管理的生产计划与控制决策,企业才能真正从传统的管理模式转向供应链管理模式。因此,供应链环境下服装企业的生产计划与控制方法必将有其新的内涵。本论文主要研究处于供应链环境下的DJ服装公司生产计划与控制的方法与策略问题。论文首先综述服装生产管理的相关理论。对服装生产管理、服装生产计划、服装生产控制的概念进行了阐述。再进一步谈到供应链对服装企业生产计划与控制方法的影响。根据供应链管理的新要求,提出供应链生产计划与控制的新方法——即建立供应链生产协调机制,可实现由传统管理模式向供应链管理模式的转变。接着,论文引入DlJ服装公司作为实际案例。对DJ服装公司的生产计划与控制现行运作模式进行分析,找出其中与供应链管理模式之间存在的不适,进一步阐述在DJ服装公司实施供应链生产计划与控制的必要性和可行性。最后,提出方案即实施供应链生产计划与控制策略。在DJ服装公司建立三个协调机制——供应链生产计划协调机制、供应链生产控制协调机制和供应链生产信息协调机制。同时,论文对这三个协调机制分别作了详细地设计。在三个协调机制的统一运作中,DJ服装公司能更好地实施供应链生产管理,达到缩小成本、提高生产效率的最终目的。关键词:供应链管理;生产计划与控制;生产流水线;信息;协调机制分类号:; Absttact ABSTRACT Abstract:The ideaofsupply chainmanagement hashrought thehl培echallenge tothe traditional production control mode inclothing enterprise,it requires enterprise policymakers tochange theirmanagement style from transitional narrow mode to modern and bystudying and practicing thesupply chainmanagement,the clothing manufacturing could turn theirmanagement from transitionalmode tothe supply theproduction schedule and control under theenvironment ofsupply chain aredifferentfrom traditional ones.
