摘 要
对于大批量的零件,尤其是板料,冲压生产具有生产效率高,成本低等优点。
针对这种情况,论文首先对模具行业的发展现状,存在的缺点进行了分析与论述。然后对该零件进行工艺分析,通过对比各种加工方案的优劣,选定了用级进模来制造该双金属片。然后初定加工方案与模具结构形式,对模具与零件参数进行工艺性计算、分析,确定模具间隙、排样形式与搭边值、刃口尺寸以及模具冲裁力、压力中心的计算。最后进行模具具体零部件的设计与选用,包括各零部件的结构形式、具体尺寸、材料等进行确定。分析模具主要零部件尺寸精度与形位公差要求,根据现有加工方法,编制模具主要零件的加工方案,并填写工艺流程卡。
为得到的零件平直度比较高,采用弹性卸料装置,而冲出的零件与废料堆积在模具内,易引起安全事故,故在下模板上加工出一个比凹模内腔大的孔,使冲出的零件与废料直接落到地面。并采用导料板和导料销导向,挡料销粗定位,再用导正销来精定位,采用手动送料,选用可倾式压力机。

Abstract
For most of parts, especially sheets, stamping has the advantage of high production efficiency and low cost..
Primarily aiming at the necessity of stamping, the dissertation gives analysis and discussion about the state of development and the existence of shortcomings. Then make a process analysis of the parts, the progressive die has been used to make the bimetallic strip by comparing the strengths and weakness of various processing scheme.
After that,processing scheme and die structure form are preliminary selected,then making process of calculation and analyze to the parameters of die and parts, determining the calculation of model clearance,Nesting in the form and cutting-building side value, cutting edge size and die blanking force ,center of pressure. Eventually designing and choosing specific die parts, including ensure the structural form, specific dimension and material of each Parts. Analyzed the main size precision of parts and shape and position tolerances, according to the existing processing method, making processing schemes for the main parts and filling in the process card.
In order to gain a higher flatness, we use the elastic tripper, however the parts and wastes which been rushed out easily lead to safety accidents, so the die plate should be digged a straight hole to off load the parts a
