摘 要
本课题主要研究基于有限元分析软件DEFORM的金属冷挤压变形。具体是应用于汽车转向机构系统中的球头销套的工装设计。球头销是位于汽车转向机构中的一个重要零部件,常见于横拉杆和直拉杆之间,起到防止空间干涉的作用。球头销套用来固定球头销。因此球头销套的质量直接影响到汽车的转向系统进而影响到安全问题。在国内球头销需求量大,生产厂家多,应用电脑模拟分析对于实际生产具有非常创新而实用的参考价值。
本文首先对比两种加工方案,分析各自优缺点。然后采用改进型的滚压加工为本课题设计方案。接着通过三维制图软件pro/e生成各个模具和工件。然后导入DEFORM软件进行模拟分析,得出最后仿真结果。
无论是从数据还是图表方面来看,我们最终的仿真结果证明方案设计可行,符合所需球头销套的设计要求。由此得出了一套成本较低,可靠性较好的新的加工设备。这对于实际汽车零部件生产厂商有很大的参考价值。

ABSTRACT
This project is aimed to analyse the metal's cold deformation which is based on finite element software DEFORM. It will be applied on the device of bulb pin bush. The bulb is a vital component installed in the steering system, and it is common between transverse draw bar and straight draw bar, serve as role to prevent interference. The pin bush is used to fix the bulb. Therefor, the quality of the bin bush have a direct influence on the steering system,and also on the safety of the vehicle as a whole. The demand for bulb is huge in our country, and there is a lot of manufacturer, so adopting computer simulation analyse will have a significant sense for the production.
Here we will compare two methods to assess their advantages and shortcomings first. Then we will adopt an innovative roll extrusion as our design work. After that, all the die and workpiece will be created through 3D drawing software pro/e. Finally, put then into the DEFORM. When every detail dates and variables are set, start the simulation, and check the final result.
Both in data's and graphic aspects, our simulation result manifested that the mechanic design is quite feasible, and its product met all the requirements. Therefor, an innovative, low-cost, high-performance equipment has been born. For reference, many manufacturers of car components can benefit from this graduation design.
