超级电容器是一种新型绿色储能器件,具有充放电速度快、功率密度大、循环寿命长、高低温性能好等储能优势,此外,还具有免维护、无污染等优点,在储能领域将具有广阔的前景。
本文设计了一种应用于发电网的超级电容器储能系统。首先分析了超级电容器的储能原理,研究了超级电容器的充放电特性,介绍了应用于超级电容器储能系统中的双向DC/DC变换器。对搭建的超级电容器储能系统的超级电容器组、主电路和控制电路进行了设计。由于超级电容器储能系统主要应用于解决电能的供需不平衡,所以超级电容器储能系统中的双向DC/DC变换器有两种工作模式:超级电容器组从光伏电池吸收能量储能时,双向DC/DC变换器工作于Buck电路模式;超级电容器组向负载释放能量时,双向DC/DC变换器工作于Boost电路模式。
最后对超级电容器储能系统的两种工作模式进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,通过对超级电容器储能系统中超级电容器组的设计和双向DC/DC变换器的闭环控制设计,超级电容器储能系统能够实现解决电能供需不平衡。

This paper presents a grid applied to hair super capacitor energy storage system. First analyzes the super capacitor energy storage principle of a super capacitor charge and discharge characteristics, describes the super capacitor energy storage system used in bidirectional DC / DC converter. On the structures of the super capacitor energy storage system of the super capacitor bank, the main circuit and control circuit design.
