内 容 摘 要
钢结硬质合金是以钢作粘合剂和硬质化合物为硬质相的一种新型的复合材料。它介于硬质合金和合金钢之间,具有硬质合金和钢的大部分优点,不仅和硬质合金一样具有高强度、高硬度、高耐磨性,而且还和钢一样具有可加工、可焊接、可热处理等性质。它主要应用于耐磨零件、***、模具等方面。
随着中国经济的高速发展对模具工业提出了越来越高的要求,因而模具材料、耐磨零件选择及其热处理工艺的选择已在模具制造业中引起广泛的重视。对材料的强度、材料的制造精度、材料的成本、材料的使用寿命也有着越来越高的要求。
研究结果结果表明,DT40钢结硬质合金在淬火温度、回火温度、保温时间、熔渣含量的影响下,对钢结硬质合金的硬度、耐磨性、相对密度、弯曲强度、金相组织都有所影响。本文对电渣重熔DT40钢结硬质合金热处理工艺以及金相组织综合分析,制订出合理的热处理工艺方案,并根据实验得出结论和数据进行比较分析。这样使材料的综合性能达到一定的要求,同时,满足研究降低成本的方法,以节约资源。

Abstract
Steel bonded hard alloy is a new composite material which uses steel as blinder and hard compound as hard character is on the borderline between hard alloy and alloy has most of the advantages belong to hard alloy and has not only high strength,high hardness and high wear resistance,but also the character of machinability,weldability and heat-treatability like usually applied to fields like wear parts,knife tools or moulds.
With increasing requirements for the industry of moulds by developing chinese economy,the selection of mould material,wear parts and heat treatment technology is becoming more and more important in the die and mould , the requirments for the hardness,the manufacture accuracy,the cost and the life of materials are increasing.
