在物流网络中，配送中心连接着供给点和需求点，是两者之间的桥梁，在物流系统中有着举足轻重的作用，因此确定配送中心的服务半径将对物流系统作用的发挥乃至物流经济效益的提高产生重要的影响。
到目前为止，学术界提出的大部分选址模型，还局限于从物流业决策者的角度考虑物流成本，并且在规划过程中往往忽视顾客满意度问题，这已不能满足物流业的新近发展和需要。本论文在综述配送中心选址问题研究现状的基础上，通过对配送中心的影响因素进行分析，对基于成本和顾客满意度的多目标配送中心服务半径问题进行了研究。全文主要内容如下:
首先，对第三方物流的市场现状、制约因素和物流外协的利弊进行了分析。然后对配送中心的分类及功能进行了阐述，并对配送中心服务半径的影响因素进行了分析。
第二，描述了本文模型研究的问题，设定本文模型的目标，并引入模糊预约时间表征顾客满意度，成本因素里考虑了随运输量改变的仓储成本，在此基础上，提出基于成本、顾客满意度的配送中心服务半径模型。
第三，采用启发式算法和LINGO编程对模型进行求解，并考虑到现实中对于顾客满意度的考虑，将多目标转化为单目标进行求解
最后，对本文建立的模型和算法进行应用求解，选取某一配送中心服务半径问题进行例证分析，确定了该配送中心的服务半径。

ABSTRACT
In the logistics network, the distribution center connects the supply and demand point which is a bridge between the two, and plays an important role in the logistics system, thus determining the radius of the distribution center will affect how the logistics system functions as well as how the economic benefit of logistics improves.
So far, the majority of the location models in the academic community confine the consideration to the logistics cost from the perspective of decision-makers, while customer satisfaction is often neglected in the planning process, and this can not meet the new development and needs of logistics industry. After illustrating the researching status about the problem of distribution center location, I’ve studied on the problem of the serving radius of distribution center based on cost and customer satisfaction through the analysis of the factors affecting distribution center.
