(Nb1-xSbx)O3的制备及性能研究
中 文 摘 要
压电陶瓷能够自适应环境的变化实现机械能和电能之间的相互转化,具有集传感、执行和控制于一体的特有属性。近几年关于压电陶瓷的研究越来越受人们的关注,同时也发现了它的许多优越性,但是也存在缺陷,比如含铅压电陶瓷中就含有对环境有污染的铅,而环境是人类生存和发展的基础,因此,保护环境,发展环境协调型材料及制备技术,是二十一世纪材料科学发展的必然趋势。
(Nb1-xSbx)O3无铅压电陶瓷,并且对其性能以及一些常数进行了测定,譬如压电系数d33,介电常数εr,介电损耗tanδ,机械品质因数Qm,机电耦合系数Kp,频率常数N,居里温度T,弹性系数。通过测定得到结论:烧结温度T=1120℃,掺杂量x=,样品的压电常数为d33=115pC/N,机电耦合系数为Kp=,机械品质因数为Qm=73,介电常数为值εr=701,介电损耗为tanδ=。

Abstract
The piezoelectric ceramic to adaptive environmental changes to achieve the mutual conversion between mechanical energy and power, has a set of sensing, execution and control in one unique property. In recent years, more and more research about the piezoelectric ceramic is attention, and found that many of its superiority, but there are defects, such as lead piezoelectric ceramic containing lead pollution on the environment, and environmental is the basis of human survival and development, therefore, protecting the environment, developing environment, coordination of materials and preparation techniques, is the inevitable trend of development of materials science of the twenty-first century.
In this paper, the traditional solid-phase sintering of the (Nb1-xSbx) O3 lead free piezoelectric ceramics, and its performance as well as some of the constants were determined, such as piezoelectric coefficient d33 of the dielectric constant εr and dielectric loss tanδ, the mechanical quality factor of Qm, e
