高压水射流喷丸机床设计
摘 要
超高压水射流喷丸机床的设计，主要是针对普通超高压水射流切割机床进行的改造，使其具有对工件进行喷丸硬化处理功能。控制系统利用微机对纵横系统开环控制，驱动元件采用直流步进电机，传动系统采用滚珠丝杠，导向装置采用滚动导套副，夹紧装置为专用旋转夹具对工件实现连续等角速度旋转和按一定角度间休转动。由微机发出指令，驱动步进电机，然后带动滚珠丝杠转动，实现工件的周转运动。本设计详细介绍了水射流数控喷丸机床的总体结构，工作原理和结构设计。

Design of high pressure water jet peening machine
Abstract
The design of super-high pressure water jet stream blast peening rotoblast machine tool,mainly the remolding of ordinary high pressure water jet stream cutting-off machine tool,has the function of peening disposal to the work control system utilizes microcomputer to make open loop control toward the vertical-horizontal system,the drive elements use the direct-current step-servo motor, drive system applies the ball screw,the deflector adopts rolling guide-post bushings,and chucking fixture uses special rotating fixture in order to achieve the work piece continuous rotating with angular speed or intermittent rotating with a certain whole procedure is as follows: microcomputer sends out commands to drive the step-servo motor and bring along the ball screw rolling,then realizes turnover sports of the work of the above recommends in detail the overall structure,the working thesis and the original design of water jet stream numeric control blast peening rotoblast machine tool.
